It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the postponement of our much-anticipated cruise. This would have marked our 13th spectacular party cruise, and we were eagerly looking forward to celebrating with all of you. If you’ve already purchased a ticket for this event, rest assured that you will receive an email, and no one will lose their hard-earned money.

The backstory: After the challenges posed by the pandemic, we faced an unexpected hurdle. Despite our efforts, we were unable to secure insurance coverage from any Australian companies. Consequently, we had to explore options overseas. Our insurance history includes a reputable global company—one that has stood the test of time. However, just four days ago, our insurance broker delivered disheartening news: they would no longer be insuring “any outside events.” This left us without the safety net of insurance for our cruise.

Over the past four days, we’ve tirelessly reached out to various insurance providers, only to receive the same response. With a mere six days remaining until the scheduled cruise, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the event. Our priority is to resolve the insurance situation promptly, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we humbly ask for your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we are committed to finding a solution and appreciate your unwavering support. Together, we’ll navigate these challenging waters and set sail once again.

You can switch between the two parties as you like and enjoy the mix of all genres.

The Carol Dee is a huge double-decker party boat with an open-air upper deck and a spacious lower deck, both with 270-degree windows that ensure amazing views everywhere you look. You can also enjoy delicious cocktails, spirits, and shots at the bar.

We will cruise downstream on the Yarra River, under the Bolte and Westgate bridges to Williamstown. On the way back, we will turn up the party and take in the city view via Port Melbourne and St Kilda.

Don’t worry if you’re coming solo, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly male and female hosts. They will help you check-in, explain what will happen during the night, and introduce you to others. You don’t need a wing person to attend our events, you’ll find one there.
