Teen Boss mentor Kathy Edwards

I felt incredibly privileged to be part of the inaugural “TeenBoss” program, an amazing initiative by Gaynor Lawton that establishes an entrepreneurial training program for teenagers. This program offers young minds a fantastic opportunity to bring their business ideas to life. TeenBoss

I truly believe that this generation will produce some of the youngest entrepreneurs we’ve ever seen, based on the incredible talent and drive I’ve witnessed in both my teens and these remarkable participants.

The opportunities available to them as they approach the end of high school are now more tailored to individual aspirations rather than the expectations of previous generations. Senior educators are at the forefront of this shift, guiding students through diverse pathways and providing them with a wealth of information. There’s no stopping this generation!

A huge thanks to Mornington Peninsula Magazine for supporting this fantastic program throughout the Peninsula and Greater Frankston areas.

If you’re a parent or teacher of a teenager with a great business idea, direct them to https://www.teenboss.com.au/ – they could be the next Melanie Perkins or Cliff Obrecht, founders of Canva.
